As part of the wider South Kilburn masterplan, Gort Scott worked on RIBA stages A-D of this significant housing development for Brent Council. The team led by Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios included Alison Brooks Architects. Gort Scott designed a block of 40 affordable housing units within the wider masterplan for around 240 new homes. The project includes a variety of housing types within two urban blocks, with a play area in between. The housing fronts the busy Kilburn Park Road and varies between 4 and 8 storeys in height.
